Days
A tri-annual event that serves The Triangle, The Triad, and Charlotte.
Everyone needs a professional headshot to stay competitive in today’s job market. That’s why we host free headshot days, paired with on-site resume feedback.
These events are for everyone—working professionals and, most importantly, college students who are entering the job market.
We focus on practical tools, not flashy events, to provide real value to the community.
Monthly
Biz Boost
We offer a free commercial marketing video, valued at over $1,000, to one Asian American-owned business in North Carolina each month.
Small businesses often don’t have the resources to access professional marketing tools, and many Asian American business owners aren’t fully utilizing available resources.
This program is our way of giving back and helping them grow.
Mentor/Mentee Program
Launching January 2025
Our 6-month mentorship program connects young Asian Americans with successful professionals—doctors, lawyers, CEOs, business owners, and social media influencers.
With a structured commitment of shadowing, meetings, and monthly check-ins, this program offers real guidance for those looking to grow.
The focus is on mentorship, not handouts, and we aim to inspire the next generation to succeed.

Our monthly newsletter will list job opportunities—both part-time and full-time—for the Asian American community.
We’re following the successful model of other nonprofits that have helped their communities by providing access to career opportunities.

IMPACTful Leaders Spotlight
Biweekly, we will be highlighting an Asian American leader in the North Carolina area totaling 26 leaders a year!
Asian Americans don’t get enough spotlight and there’s ALWAYS room for more role models for our youth.
